Spring and Fall Meetings
Roberts Rules of Order will be used to conduct the meeting.
Agenda includes teams, referees, scheduling, league information review and other issues.
Team representatives, one per team, are registered with the league by each team, during the meeting. Team Representatives are the coaches, unless otherwise stated by their team.
Division Coordinators will be selected by team representatives in their division.
Fees
Team fee $120.00 Fee is due on or before League Meeting.

Insurance
Nicoud Insurance, LLC provides a liability only Commercial Insurance Policy through the Cincinnati Insurance Company.
Eligibility
Players eligible for league play.
Players must be on the team roster filed with league office.
Players may roster with one team only.
Players eligible for tournament play.
By the fifth (5) week of league play, players must be on the team roster filed with the league office and players must have played in one (1) league game or have a received a Medical Exception Waiver from the league office.
The number of players on a team roster is unlimited.
Players may be dropped from team any time.
Game Information
Home team: Supplies referees, lined field, goals, nets, corner flags and directions to field.
Home & Away teams: Verify game date and time 2 days prior to game to be played.
Teams shall email game scores to league office , office@bachsoccer.com, the same day following their league game.
League office will update standings with game scores and email to teams.
Rules: USSF
Ball Size: U8 and younger should use a size 3 (U8 = Grade 2)
U9 - U12 should use a size 4 (U9 – U12 = Grades 3-6)
U13 and older should use a size 5 (U13 = Grade 7)
Game days: Fridays and/or Mondays.
Game time: 6:00 p.m.
Game length: 70 minutes
Games each season: 6 to 8
Game months in spring: April and May
Tournament date spring: 2nd weekend after Memorial Day in June for boys.
3rd weekend after Memorial Day In June for girls.
Game months in fall: August and September
Tournament date fall: Weekend before Columbus Day in October for boys.
Weekend after Columbus Day in October for girls.
Game field directions will be emailed to the league office by each team. League office will update the leagues Field Directory and email to all teams.
Due to sunset, schedule time and length of game may vary later in fall season.
Referee fees: $70.00 (split between teams, $35.00 per team)
3 referees: $30 center, $20 asst. referees
2 referees: $35 centers
1 referee: $50 center, $10 club linesmen
League discourages player’s immediate family from refereeing center of their game.
Sportsmanship
Referees, coaches, parents and/or spectators shall handle themselves in a sportsmanship like manner.
Coaches, parents or spectators may not make unsportsmanship like comments or gestures.
Referees are responsible for controlling unsportsmanship like conduct.
Coaches are responsible for controlling any unsportsmanship like conduct not handled by the referee.
Parent Representative’s are responsible for controlling any unsportsmanship like conduct not handled by the referee or coach.
Teams
Public school teams shall consist of players living in the same high school area.
Parochial school teams shall consist of players attending the same type of parochial school.
Teams consisting of players living in multiple high school areas or multiple types of parochial schools must be approved by their division team representatives.
